Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window We want you to be completely satisfied with your Heat & Massage Therapy Knee Brace. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories included
For hygiene reasons, knee braces that have been worn or used cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or arrived damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
